I have an electric Cuisinart fondu pot and use it ofen. I usually do broth fondu with beef steak but I visted ALDI (German Supermarket) and found bunch of yummy looking prodcuts so I've decide to do cheese fondu with pork meatballs.
First this Fondue cheese , they actually used cheese from Switzeland and it already has white wine and spices. In addition the price is like $5!! I added chicken and beef stock to smooth the flavor.
Garic Knots were the best bread for the cheese fondu! Easy bake at home and so tasty,
This pork meatballs were selling at the freash meat section, It is soft and yummy!
I marinated vegitable with olive oil, salt and white pepper then cooked in oven. It is ready to eat with the cheese sauce.
All the food is a pre-cooked so in the fondu pot just need to make them warm and saucy. You can add more white wine and spices for taste as well 400g
