The very first time I tried ginger dressing was in a Japanese sushi restaurant in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I was surprised that even though it was just a small college town, there was a sushi restaurant on every corner and all the local people were enjoying all kinds of Japanese foods. That's when I met this, GINGER DRESSING. When you first hear of it you might think it is a spicy thing but it is not spicy at all. It is more like sweet, refreshing with a rich, tasty flavor. I researched how to make this dressing just like what I first tasted and I discovered the best ginger dressing recipe! Here it is!

<Ingredients> about 4 servings
2 tbsp ginger, diced
1 cup carrot, diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Just need to put the all ingredients into the blender or processor for a minute and refrigerate until cold.

This recipe is not only delicious but also one of the most healthiest salad dressings I know. Trust me, everybody will love it.
